At what level do fish avoid ? I know Disolved oxygen has to be so high , so then at what level is to low ?
Wheres all the biologist when you need them ? |

Every fish is alittle different. For a bass d.o. Around 4 ppm can be very streessful or deadly. Fish in the carp and cat fish family have a higher tolerance of low d.o., but I don't know the numbers for sure. Good fishin

Theres a lake just down the road from me with a 3.2 D.O. and it is loaded with bass....mostly 12-14"ers , but bass none the less...

Anything under 3 PPM is bad.
