Hey all. What are your experiences with eBay? I know I've been scammed a few times, so I am now leerier.
I see some EXCELLENT deals right now. |

I have bought everything from ebay. Clothes, fishing stuff, vidoe games, you name it. Never been scammed. You can often find great deals on fihsing rods and reels on there, if you check often. Good luck if you decide to buy something.

Some good, some bad. Pay attention to the seller profile ratings. Also be SURE you know what you want and what you are getting before spending cash. Thats bout it.

Be leary but... if you can find products sold by dealerships or stores, the quality should be good and they should have a warranty or a money back guarantee. Also, like WTL said, look at their profile rating.

I have sold and bought lots of fishing tackle and golf equipment and never had a problem. I always pay and invoice via Paypal and as others says watch their profile.

As WTL posted, pay very close attention to the sellers feedback rating and the biggest mistake people make is not looking at the shipping price. People have figured out that if they sell their item cheap and hammer you with shipping they still make money.
