lillypads, a dam, a few trees, and more lillys?
yeah i need sum help againlol...thats the structure and the water temp is probably...50s? and the air is high of 50..um i need a lure thats heavy enuff for a baitcaster...im takin a spinning rod and reel but i already have a lure i use all the time on it...the weather shuld b sunny..thanks

frog???that seems to work good around lily pads.air temp means nothing in fishin,unless the fish is goin to get a tan. water temp is the key.

go dam.. the fish are moved into there wintering areas that means easy access to deep water.-did not know norman had any lilly's-come on dude you live right in the best winter fishing spot in the entire state...

kh51501 i dont have a frog...never used them...never will lol i just dont like how they work...zooker...i dont live at norman just in the summer thats when i made my account here so i just put that i lived there but i do fish there all the time and it really is a great winter fishin place...i live up in winston

By a snag proof casting frog from your local wal-mart 2.99. First time i bought one of these, threw it out and before it could hit the water a 5 pounder blew up on it.

the frogs around here get buried in the mud by now, I'd throw something for deep water, slow moving jig or plastic.
Just went to the pond and checked here, thought this morning I only had 1/2 inch but its about inch and 1/2 thick. |
