Default Silver Muskie????

Is this fish I caught tonight on the Mississippi River a Silver Muskie?

Caught him on a scum frog the first time he went after it, he did a full back flip out the water and spit it out mid air. The next cast he followed it back and hit just before the boat.

Don't know much about them but found this......looks more like the Clear than Silver

"There is only one species of Muskie but there are 5 distinct patterns, which are known as Clear, Silver, Barred, Spotted Leopard and Spotted Black Panther."

After looking at that it does look like a clear muskie. I had no idea that they were in the Mississippi until yesterday. Either way it's my first muskie!

I think it's No. 8. Whatever the La Crosse pool would be.

That's what I was thinking, looks a lot like a pike to me. Nice fish either way.
