Rebuilding a tackle bag
My oldest daughter has a boyfriend who has the worst luck at times. His room mate left the garage open and thieves stole all his tackle. He had collected lures given to him over many years and a few fishing rods. For XMas I have started rebuilding a tackle bag and bought him a fishing rod. Have another for him once I find a proper reel.
The long and short is I am only stocking it with stuff that works around here. Mostly soft plastics since the Potomac is a plastic river with a few exceptions. I have so many spare lures my tackle locker it will hardly feel the purge. May need to show him how to rig and tie. Perhaps a few research trips are needed. Capt Mike
