Whatcha Eatin'? - The Official BF.com Food Thread
The Bizarre Foods thread got me thinking, we should have an official food thread. Well here it is!
So I'll start it off with another sample of Asian food from the same restaurant that brought you Kim Chi Bacon Fried Rice (see bizarre food thread). Went in there today to see what sounded good and Spicy Seafood Noodle Soup did.  20121203-Spicy Seafood Noodle Soup-0001.jpg by PhotoRebel4, on Flickr I got it to go, as I didn't have time to eat there. The noodles were separate, as to not get too mushy in the to go order. I ate a couple by themselves and they were odd. A bit salty and with a distinct seafood smell to them. I only hate about half of it, which was still a big bowl full of noodles, seafood, and spicy broth. It had clams, strips of squid, and shrimp in it. The broth had onions and a few pieces of greens, which I think may have been spinach or something similar. It was great. It was a perfect level of spiciness for me. I like spicy food, full of flavors. I don't want my tongue melted and numb so that I can't taste anything. This was definitely the former. So use this thread to share what you guys are eating/ate. I got a smoker last X-mas, here are a few of my favorites.
Ribs and the Mac and cheese were smoked I've smoked ribs, pork shoulder, pork tenderlion, turkey, chicken, mac and cheese, potatoes with ribs and mac and cheese my fav. But love them all.

Sippin' on a protein shake right now. 1 cup milk, 1 egg, a scoop of whey protein.
Later on I'll be having some pot roast, carrots, and mash taters!

well...we had blt's. i am going to be smoking a little pork shoulder this weekend too. maybe smoke it friday. ron has me wanting it BAD now after seeing his pics FOR A SECOND TIME!!! SON!!! sometimes ron..pow...ZING...straight to the moon! (who said that?)

Chicken nuggets, just ate a couple of granola bars and had a Wisconsin white cheddar whopper from BK not to long ago. Oh yeah and some Ben & Jerry's half baked ice cream between the burger and chicken nuggets. Desert will probably be Copenhagen.
See why I have to run, go to the gym and diet all the darn time....LOL |

Had some darn good chile tonight. Dad always makes it with homemade chile powder... stuff's the best!
