well im 5'8 at 148lbs.............29'' waist. last time checked i was 30 something percent fat, and 70 something percent muscle. im in good shape.....you have to be in order to play HS football. its amazing at our practices......105 degree heat, intense practice for 2 hours then we have ''conditioning'', which is 2 40yd suicides, a 40 yard sprint, a 20yd sprint straight to 25 push ups and 25 crunches then right after that a sprint of another 20yds and do the same thing again. by next year, im hopein to have 20% body fat, 80% muscle. they have me playin fullback........and im glad. i used to be fat, and i never want to be again. does anybody else's HS have weightlifting? i think thats a good idea, im gettin my schedule changed to take it.

Welcome to the site River Rat!

I am 5 ft. tall The youngest of my 3 children have already passed me up in height, and the baby @ 12 yoa is almost there . I would love to be 95 lbs, but i haven't quite lost that much weight yet, i guess due to all the double meat cheeseburgers and ff that i love to eat. If i quite eating so dang much maybe i would lose the 20 lbs. that i need to loose, LOL! My dinner last night was a ribeye steak sandwich with mushrooms and swiss cheese, lots of onions, tomatoes and lettuce and i just had to dip my french fries in that darn cheese sauce ! Oh, well, i enjoyed it, i ate every last bite! It probably wouldn't be appropriate for me to share my chest size, haha, so i won't . I am happy most of the time, so i'm not going to get all depressed about my weight, and besides, i don't think the bass really care too much and my husband only teases me, because he knows i get bothered with it ( besides, i throw it right back at him .
I know that one day soon, i will be back at the lake catching lots of little fishies, so that is what i look forward too.

Sandra

LMAO!! This is the only post I have ever seen like this but oh well. I'm 5'9" and I usually weigh 189 to 194 EXCEPT when its so DAMN hot like it is now and you loose 5lbs just thinkin bout going outside, but I dont have the luxury od sitting in a office. I work as a millwright in a plwood plant where the average temp is anywhere from 20 to 30 degrees hotter than it is anywhere else so you can see why its easy to loose weight. Was working on the infeed to the log vats yesterday and the temp on the thermometer was regestering 137. Hows that for a nice day at the office.
