How to make anise scents?
I would love to know how to make anise scents. I was told in a tackle shop and forgot how it was done.

I just found 2 bottles of anise. I got them from when I wanted to learn how to make plastics(didn't go well) and forgot I had them. Now any bait I get without scent on goes the anise.

I've been towing with the idea of a heavier based scent for use on hard baits to get the scent to stay on longer. Havent come up with a good base to use yet but gotta tell ya regular ole garlic that comes in cloves is the best. I boil the whole thing down after peelin the clove and WOW what a scent. Like a italian exploded on my lure and the fish love it too.
