It's almost here. These are the three things that let me know that it's almost Spring.......

Beautiful flower. As far as here in Pa. I did see a robin the other day. Trouble is I don't know if it was the last of the year or 1st. of the new year robin. Them frogs singing already?

Oddly have had frogs almost all winter first of this month they disappeared now back out.
Mine are largely copes, and some green tree frogs with a few leopards tossed in the bulls wont show until much later.

Very cool pictures. The head colors on that grackle are beautiful. As for here, bulb flowers are just barely peeking above ground, but I've seen several robins this past few days.

Not quite that much snow up at our cabin lake, but more than they've had in a long time according to reports from our year-round neighbors up there. We might be lucky to have ice-out up there by May 1 this year.

Grackle arrived yesterday. Saw a group of them sitting in my neighbors tree. Won't be long before they start making a racket at 4 am in my yard. 2 out of 3 now.......

It's starting to get nice out here, still cool in the mornings and warm in the afternoon. Lows usually in the upper 30's/lower 40's and starting to push the upper 60's/lower 70's.

However, I leave on Sunday for a 2 week school in Maine and they're still getting snow! When I get back spring will be in full swing and it will be a lot warmer here...

You too bama, I know I've been slacking on my participation. I lurk every once in a while (time permitting). Work is starting to pick up and then it's off to play in the sandbox for a while.
