Default Airrus, AllStar, or St.Croix

Hey all. I made a post a little while ago and got no answer. I'll rephrase it...
I'm getting a new 6'6"MH rod. It will be used MAINLY for soft plastics.
I'm choosing between a St.Croix Avid, Airrus Co-Matrix, and Team Allstar rod.
I want something sensitive. Weight doesn't REALLY matter, because I have a pretty heavy one right now, and I can handle it for 7 hours.

What would you choose? Any other recommendations?
Nothing over $100.

Thank you,

I guess. Your logo is Airrus.

I could be wrong, but in the picture of a co-matrix rod, there are only 9 guides. How come my rod was only $30 and it has 10 guides?
The more the better right? Then if the rod bends the line won't touch the rod.

Thank you,
Bad news, Jools, the AVID AC66MHF (my choice) is 160.00 bux. The TeamAllStar might run 99-109, and I don't know about the Airrus.
Then there's either tax OR shipping to be considered.

I asked Ken Whiting if I could get a discount. He said yes. So if the Airrus is probably first on my list right now, a discount is a plus.

And which rod would you pick for treble hook baits? (Mostly crankbaits)

I can only tell yew that I refuse to wear myself out with one of those glass or "lotta glass and some 'phite" cranking rods. For smaller cranks and small/medium lipless I get along fine with a 6'6" medium power graphite, such as a Team AllStar 785C, or the budget-priced American Rodsmiths Genesis in the same formula. These are fine for spinnerbaits up to 3/8 oz. too.

I'm still in the search/selection mode for a rod for larger cranks. Not in a hurry though 'cause I HATE those things. If I had to buy a rod for tossing DD16s and DD22s, and do it today, I'd look for a 7' MH power, moderate action, graphite rod. I'd expect to pay no more than 160 bux for it, but would probably be able to find one for less.

All this mumbo-jumbo voodoo science that sez one needs a sluggish, mushy, overweight glass rod to fish cranks with is pure crap, in both my experience and opinion. Proper line selection, wise dragsetting, sharp hooks, (possibly changing to one-size-larger hooks,) an applied understanding of fish-fighting dynamics, etc, will allow a graphite-equipped basser to shine. Also, he won't nearly so fatigued after a prolonged period of deep cranking.

Well, you asked.

Be safe, Jools
