The length of the largemouth was 25" length by 17" girth... On the forum calculator it's 8.85 and my berkley digital scale saide 8 lbs. 12 oz....

flukie....now dems are some hawg bellies pal!! mine was 9 3/4 lbs about 23 years ago. no picture. caught in a private pond. made an oath then... only if it is 10 or over would i mount one. and now i will most likely take a picture, make measurements and get a fake mount. but be sure that there will be ALOT of pictures. hahaha. and a whole lot back patting of meself too. hahahahaha. probably will have heart attack ifn i ever get one.

there might be an inadvertent pants wetting but i doubt you would have a chest grabber, might pass out from the shock and stress off the fight but just in case start carrying smelling salts when your out (hehehehehe)

I have always been here. I lurk in the shadows. Yeah it was cold, hence the foul weather jacket. If I remember correct, it was raining like mad and about 50 degrees or so. I also remember that being a great fishing day. My buddy got on the fish good that day too....



I love to fish in the nasty weather. I think the worse the weather the better the fishing.

Well you and I could definately be fishing partners. I absolutley love deer season tand the time from then till spawn season. Usually have the water all to myself except for a few crappie guys and the weather is usually pretty nasty BUT I DARE anyone to put some money on the line at that time of year. For some reason MY VERY best catches have come like you said when the weather aint fit for a duck. My wife and kids and folks around me think I am absolutley nuts. As long as it aint freezing rain I am out bassing.

7 something (cheap scales) she was very keepable as far as our lake slot limit goes...but i let her swim on

topwater too...it was awesome
