it does if he was attacking you. if he has a right to carry a gun, and feels his life is being threatened he can use it. ofcoarse it probally wouldnt go to easy since dyas most likely wouldnt have a gun.....but he would still only get manslaughter. unless dyas does have a gun, then he can get off scotch free.

lol i went to jackson and had every thing stole out of my truck tools cloths EVERY THING but i had isurance on it i must admit i thank them lol cuz of them i had all craftsmen tools browning jackets name brand cloths 1,000s of dollars of stuff went missin lol lota cloths for a 1 night trip huh? its all good in the end you get what u put in and pple get what they ddeserve dont do nothin stupid like take him out from ur house they can trace bullistics back and shoot him in thegut the bullit will go through it may take hours for him to die and no bullet to trace common its easy to think of ways to get rid of a body special since hes got a past they are more likely to think he just ran away if u clean up jus be carefull if any one finds out what uve done uve failed

3. that isnt manslaughter thats MURDER
4. his self defense claim wouldnt hold up in court he would be setting in prison getting buttraped by 400 pound hairy men and there would be nothing he could do about it
5. if he stole your rods report it to the police fill out a report
6. if that doesnt work go to his house ask him if he stole your rods or call his parents that would work well
7. if nothing like that works then beat the **** out of him
