Good Luck with the run! And remember, pace leads to success in a race.

My best so far is 5 minutes. Working on 4:30 and hopefully faster than that in the future. Running is awesome! Hey...for the fall, try running cross country wherever you are because that will give you a real edge when it comes whipping the mile into shape.

Alright, seriously, Chuck Norris is overrated. Here are some things to help you see:

1. Chuck Norris always wears kneepads. When asked if they were for stunt purposes, Chuck Norris said, "Sure."

2. Chuck Norris shampoos with conditioner, and then acually repeats.

3. Chuck Norris was once seen following a girl out of a bedroom at a party saying, "Listen, I'm sorry, that doesn't usually happen."

4. Chuck Norris lost custody of his children in an arm wrestling match with Bea Arthur.

5. Chuck Norris' DNA is made up of four leaf clovers, unicorns, and smiles.

6. Chuck Norris cuts the roof of his mouth when he eats Cap'n Crunch.

7. Chuck Norris spilled his milk when he was 30. He still cries about it.

8. "Brokeback Mountain" is based loosely on the events of Chuck Norris' life.

9. Chuck Norris was once trapped in a paper bag for 3 days.

10. When Chuck Norris was offered bread at a restaurant he replied, "No thanks, I'm watching my carbs."

That's it for now. Enjoy!
