Default spring is in the air

Well, i woke up about 40 minutes before the crack of dawn yesterday with the anticipation to fish.. checked the weather, high was supposed to be 60 degrees so i cut out. i have been leaving the digi cam at home because i have been considering it bad luck. we were having some problems early on so we didnt get started til about 9 am. i did however find a disposable camera i left in his truck a couple fishing trips ago ..tied on my favorite sb and just absolutely crushed them all day! caught 51 LM between 12-15 inches 3 of them being hawgs, my buddy catching 25LM with 1 hawg by 2 pm.. i will have pics soon!

Glad to hear about your 51.

The weatherman is forecasting for tomorrow temps. near 50 degrees, thats nearly 20 degrees warmer than its been here lately. I plan on getting in some fishin tomorrow before the cold front comes through dropping temps. back down into the teens for lows.

looks like you had fun......... still a little too cold for spinnerbait around here in my ponds.... over the last week when it warmed up i tried for a combines hour and a half and got nothing...... yesterday tho we caught 7 fish in between 4 of us in maybe 1 1/2 hours..... they were in packs....... friend caught 3 in 5 cast from same place...... then my bro hooked one and when he was fighting it i set the hook on one in the same vicinity (5 feet) so we had a double..... then 2 seconds later my firend had one come off (that close to a triple) but my other friend threw in there and caught another............ later tho my friend caught one and he wasnt in a pack
