I am looking for the rod mounted floats. I used to use them on some of my big water rods when fishing the great lakes..

These are NOT repeat NOT the blakemore rod floaters..
They are the 2" long rod retriver floats that once in the water an orange "float" releases from the mount and has 300 feet of thin line attached.
The key thing is these use zip strips to attach to the rod or tackle box..

Anyone know where i can find them??

Zooker,I do not know where you can find them but I have a name for you . The sportsman's retriever is what your looking for and I think it was from a company in Michigan that made it.It could be attached to guns while duck hunting or for your fishing rods.
