Default Berkley Hollow Belly swimbaits

I bought some of these today, I read the box for details and it said "Rigging Instructions inside"... just my luck, when I open the box they're missing! Any info on how to hook them?

Did they come with hooks? If they have screw in hooks then screw them into the head and run the hook point up through the body and skin the body. If they came with weighted hooks then run the eye backwards from the bottom up through the head and then put the point up through the body and skin it.
