Bone-chilling story...family lost, with 2 week old baby.
....in a CORN MAZE!!!
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/44875752...ws-weird_news/ So apparently, they get lost in the maze a farmer cut out in his cornfield, panicked, and called 911. Man you, really gotta wonder about some people....

It was reported that search and resuce found them 25 feet from the entrance. But they were there 1 hour after the place closed and were still lost in the maze when she made the call. And having a three week old baby with her might have had something to do with the call too.
Here's a fool proof way to escape a maze. Put your hand on one side or wall and start walking dragging your hand along the wall until you find the exit. If you keep contact with the wall eventually you will. Might take a little while but you'll get out. The fact that it was a corn field and they could have walked any direction and got out amazes me.......I guess they didn't want to knock down the corn and mess up the maze. |

25 ft away since not soild planted in rows and 1 ft apart should have been able to see the rescuers, yes dont even bother to knock down, part and walk thru
What would they do if they had to hoe it,call 911 in order to get out if nothing else follow a row, then walk around to car duh Bet all involved got a good laugh including the farmer. Also makes one wonder about pro creation and if any of this is inheritable. |

Boy was that "bone chilling!" LMAO Lets be frank, I could understand if it was just a woman and her child. But how can you call yourself a man and not find your way outta a relatively small corn field? Just follow the line of corn, I could understand if it was a really thick forest or something but c'mon.

Why would anyone take a child that young in a corn maze in the first place?
