The Spot Remover by Buckeye Lures is what I use for a shaky head. I love em.

Basstech, you are correct. the key, IMO anyway, is getting the worm to stand up off the bottom. The 60 degree eye is designed to aid in this. The spot remover, with it's flat side, does an even better job of this.
