any tips on carpin?
well, my paino teacher has fished for a LOOOOOOOOOONG time. so long that by now arthritis makes it impossible for her to fish. anyways, my sister has a theory lessaon at her house, and there is a giant lake nearby. its stocked with catfish, carp, and trout. catfishing i stink at, in india i couldnt catch one in an entire month. and ive caught carp, but it was accidentaly... so im planing on carping and seeing what the other people are catching on saturday. any tips? which rod do i use? ugly stik or avocet?

cranky, you can chum the waters with a can of corn, then bait your hook..all the locals are going ape this time of year, finding places to carp fish..enjoy the ride
