Default Matzuo Tournament Cranks

Anyone have any opinions on these?
They look pretty impressive.
Picked up 4 today, 2 6-10' divers and 2 8-13'.
They were the Hot Buy at Gander for $2.95 so I thought I'd give them a try.
Then I saw that they're an even hotter buy at MC Sports for $1.99!
If I hear some good reviews I'll grab a few more at MC

http://www.fishusa.com/Manufacturers-Matzuo_c.html

That will take you to a list of Matzuo lures.
I'm gonna check out the Nano Crank, Rattle Eye Joe, Zander Shad & Kamikazi Spinnerbait.
Especially if they're ALL $1.99 at MC Sports.

On a side note, Fishusa's not a bad site. That's where I got my Reef Runners from

I thought i would go a little more in depth for those who are wondering about them. The baits are extremely light and that results in lower casting distances. A bad paint job also accompanies them, and the hooks are almost like the original Rat-L-Trap hooks, they need to be changed right out of the package. I would rather spend a couple dollars more to get tried and true crankbaits that have better hooks, paint, etc. That will pay off in the long run.

Appreciate the reviews from both you and Raul.
Would have rather they were positive, but a bad review is just as good as a good review when it's all said and done.
You 2 just saved me another 20 bucks

Ryan, you forgot to mention that most never run straight no matter how much you try to tune them.

Mason, ad a couple of bucks to those 20 you already got and get 3 Rapala lures, those do work !

I'm all good then. Spent $34 bucks on Super Shad Raps and Tail Dancers a few weeks back. Nothin beats 25% off Rapalas!
Cept for maybe 30%....

Scott Martin seems to catch some fish when there are no other boats around and on heavily edited TV shows

One matzuo bait that I caught some fish on was the Matzuo Popper from Wally World, i believe it was the bullfrog color, found it for a couple bucks on clearance.

Perhaps nobody here has ever heard from a lure brand we had here in Mexico back in the 80īs called Jaifer, they had lots of knock off models baits, all of them were pretty much worthless, but despite the absolutely horrendous workmanship, the abominable paint and the good for nothing dull as a roller ball pen hooks their poppers ( Hula Popper knock offs ) did catch fish.

There ainīt much "science" within a popper, it just pops, donīt have to run true, donīt have to be tuned, donīt have to wiggle or wobble, all it has to do is to float and pop.
