Default Fire Poppers!

Got the bug to paint some lure, so I pulled out some poppers to give them a custom look. I felt like true fire popper would look pretty cool so I went for it.
Well after hours of abuse my airbrush needed to be tuned bad. So these are just trial lures.

Is anyone else upset that his "just trial lures" are better than something that I would mount on the wall.

Looks nice Sac.

Because they're just your trial runs, there's no point in you holding on to them I am sure that others here and I would be more than willing to field test them for you.

Great paint jobs!

I normally am not that into customizing lures, but damnnnn.......that looks awesome!!! I surely wouldn't be throwing those in the water, maybe placing them on my desk or sitting them on a shelf. Nice work Sac !!!!!!!!

Those are mazing, I especially love the white one! I'd also be happy to take them off your hands...

But wait, there's more! If you mail them to me in the next 15 minutes, all it will cost you is the shipping!!!

Thanks all My airbrush was spitting very badly when I did these so they didn't come out 100% as I wanted them to. So these are just proto types. I have plans to make a bunch or different color Fire Lures, so keep an eye out for them in the classifieds These proto types might go there soon too for the trade of used or new lures.

LOL Photoshop is awesome. That def would be very tedious to do

So I have an assortment of 15 different lures (cranks, poppers, rattle traps, jitterbugs, jointed jitterbugs) that are going to get fired up very soon
I'm trying to send the proto types out to get field tested by unbiest anglers, we shall see the out come.

Hmm.. Do they have some kind of clear label deal you can run through a printer, and print those photoshop art jobs? Then sticker them onto the lure? Shoot, a coat of epoxy or whatever on top and the sticker with stay down fo sho'.

That's a killer flame job too.

@ JB - JB, did you paint your avatar too? That is a really cool joker and what a coincidence.
