new baits & new techniques this season

year after year i mainly use plastics ,(worms, lizards ect) & spinner baits. this year im really into using Crank baits & jigs. ive always kept at least 1 of each in my tackle box just never ever used them. partly because i wasnt really sure how to use them or i was afraid of getting them snagged Again, and losing it altogether. i always hear people talking about ratl traps and other style crank baits and how effective they are (along with jigs as well.) so i figured that i should probably start learning to use these other baits & techniques.
after watching umpteen video clips on YouTube pertaining on how to fish these style baits, im pretty confident in my presentations. now i just cant wait to catch one. the anticipation is freakin killing me! the first one is definitely the hardest one.
