Default Advice on a hand-held GPS ??

looking to spend around $100- $200 for a decent hand-held GPS. I normally just fish the smaller in-land lakes and have a helluva time getting back to a spot a really like. I try to use landmarks (houses, docks, trees, etc.) but can never get in exactly the same place as I was on an earlier trip. I would like it to store 20-30 lakes and maybe 50 spots per lake. Would appreciate any advice, good or bad models. There is a Lowrance ifinder H2O in the Bass Pro catalog for $169, looks to have the things I would need??? anybody have one?

I have the H2Oc amd it works great for me. The only thing to remember is that these do not ome with lake maps, you have to buy a chip for that. The H2O units work great with Lakemaster chips but do not allow you to zoom in close with HotMaps chips. The Lakemaster is missing several of our local lakes but thw Hotmaps has almost all of them. So I guess if you are planning to get a map chip look at the lakes available first.
