Welcome, grab something solid and hold on. For them cold states, cabin fever is high, spring is close by and the tension and anticipation is growing. For us Southerners, Ive fished pretty much all year and have enjoyed telling people about it.

Kyle, first, let me say welcome to the site. I too am relatively new and like you, always look forward to reading the posts. Secondly, thanks for your service to our country. Third, are there any fish in Iraq? I recall reading some article about soldiers doin' some fishing in what used to be Sadaam's private pond. Is this true?

Congratulations and Welcome To BassFishingForums! On average, users are the most exhausted when their third post is 4-6 weeks old (no matter how many posts they end up having). I guess that means you have new energy to look forward to before very long.
When users in the first month or two spit up, it is much more likely to be a mechanical issue than a posting intolerance. The valve at the top of the stomach may be too loose (so it can't hold things in), the valve at the bottom of the stomach may be too tight (so the stomach gets too full), or big air bubbles may take up too much room. Smaller, more frequent postings are more likely to help than switching forums. If "projectile splat" of spit-up shoots across the thread, it's important to consider the condition called "pyloric stenosis". Here, the too-tight valve at the bottom of the stomach needs to be treated. As for the constipation, the most likely cause is logic not getting in (and staying in) -- again more likely than a posting intolerance. Different postings do produce different consistencies of stools, and switching threads may help. Switching topics is more likely to help than changing the amount of logic. Most users do not have softer stools on low-logic threads but a few logic-sensitive users do. Low logic is not a good long-term choice, but it is safe for a while, just to get beyond this problem. |
