Default what is the main difference between Red cast and Red Lightnin' ?

Taliknig about Cajun line:

I never try Cajun red lightnin'! Just wondering what is the main difference between red cast and red lightinin'? I think I heard some negative things about red lightnin', but without details.

Lightning is the Abrasive resistant version and sucks casting and is not that abrasive resistant to start with. It also streches a lot. Cast is the better casting version and casts great just like its suppose to. It is abrasive resistant and has low memory................ Almost like buying Stren and Wal-Mart line and fishing them in competition.........

I know Dodgeguy swears by the stuff-the cast, not the lightnin'. He'd be the guy to ask.

Vanish Dont cast as good and Vanish is Fluoro not mono. Vanish also tends to be brittle and doesnt last as long.............

Thats no lie. Cast has the least amount of memory than any mono that I have used. The next step is Braided line.....................

Cast has not worked out well for me the memory is bad and the casting is poor. Went back to trilene and have not had a problem, except with overcasting from time to time.
