I usually try not to get too jazzed up before the tournament starts. I don't like to be edgy just before and after blast off. Normally there's enough adrenelin pumping at blast off and the first couple of hours to not need an added boost. After the adrenelin wears off, I usually drink a Dr. Pepper or two. No experience with energy drinks. Bottom line, be careful of getting too wired at the start of the tournament. It can make you fish too fast and make bad decisions.

Well, since we are talkin' about country songs, I will bring up the appropriate Toby Keith line:
"I ain't as good as I once was, but I'm as good once as I ever was." I'm not a big country music fan, but truer words were never spoken LOL.

Man...I just don't know if I will ever drive that fast. After you've been in a head on car collision at 45+ mph, it just sorta takes the speed demon out of ya.

It feels like you are floating when the water is glass, and its even funner when you are coming out of the water passing people's wakes,I couldnt stop laughing the first time I rode in a boat going 70 down the lake
