Default New reels for 2010?

My dad and I didn't got to Icast as we planed, so I didn't get see any of the new stuff!

So, anyone got any info and or links to the new reels coming out next year (or late this year). I'd really like like to get a new reel next year, right now I've got the Daiwa Advantage, (purchased at Land Big Fish for 140) or terria on the list. But I wanna know if I can get something better, maybe a reel that's coming out next year would be better?! So I'd like to know ASAP so I can get study up on them as much as possible. I've checked out tackle tour and all of the videos Kevin put on youtube, but didn't find a whole lot, bass insider has some videos about Icast, but they won't work (yes, I got the 30day free trial, so I know that's not the problem).

I'd really appreciate any info and or links provided, thanks!

Boss

Yes!! the revo S is getting an upgrade too! it's getting a new brake system, still not the kind I want, but the kind that will make me want to get a revo s over a citica E!

Abu's also coming out this 2 new rods... very good looking rod, and the price tag looks even better! the Vengeance Rod at 49.99 - 59.99, and the Vendetta Rod at 79.99 - 89.99 and both in a 6' 9" model )

I was going to say Tackle Tour has the best coverage IMO.

Seen the New Daiwa Aggrest. Make a tough decision for my next reel, STX or Aggrest... damn icast...

If you need a high speed reel, than go with the aggrest, if you don't, go with the STX!

Sac, this is why the invented online shopping! Have them ship it to your work!

Ya, I think I'll get the same rod, looks great
1 And if I get the Daiwa Advantage, (only 2oz less than the SX) I should have a very well balanced combo! I just wish it came with a spilt butt!

Boss, my wife does all the bills and manages our account, so online shopping isn't going to save me. LOL I'll just save up my "play money" and get that bad boy.

Shouldn't you just go with the STX HS?

You can get the STX in a high-speed version. (HS)

If I get a Revo, I'm gonna wait till the new redesigned ones come out. And since the Premier will have gone up in price to about equal to the Skeet Reese, that will probably be out of the question.

Since I'm working now, I'm gonna set aside 25% of each paycheck for fishing stuff, and have enough for a Daiwa Agrrest for a my new jig rod, since I like a high speed for jigs.

Also, I don't know if they make the STX HS in a lefty... I think the only reason I'd buy a revo for jigging/pitching would be the 24lbs of drag, but the HS versions only put out 12 I believe.

Hehe, I can personally attest to the fact that the 2010 Revo STX HS lefty's have 23lb drag. They also have the new updated centrifugal brakes like the Premiere's.

Ya, that makes sense!

You're so lucky you got a job! I tried to get a job, but, I didn't get... that place is cutting back hours so much I'm not surprised! So for now I'm stuck doing odd-jobs around the house!
