Two major shows and what I have seen
Well first of all, the shows I have booths are mostly Cheaspeake Bay fishing. I do that too.
The neatest thing I have seen is the BKD soaker. Imagine a tube sealed at both ends except one end has a slice in it. Have you seen those old change purses that you squeeze to open.. well that would be one end of the tube. A BKD is like a sluggo and we LTJ (force fishing) with them for convict bass. You fill with BKD's and oil, squeeze and slide one out no mess. Slick idea. Nothing like 10 inch BKD soaked in shedder oil. Bass Kandy Delights... The new BUG from Specilized Baits is no new lure to me or some of my charters. But after two years it is time to share with the public a great convict bass bait. I use white and red pork rinds on a 2 oz BUG around pilings and major tide breaks. Baits in every shape old and new but these two items really impressed me. Capt Mike
