Default Ribs are cookin, BigB!

Seasoned and in the oven, with 12....ok...10 oz of beer in the pan.

kewl, ya got to babysit em now with more beer!
my only downfall while on the grill was the hickory caught on fire before I noticed and charred on side of the bones, I scraped them off and for the most part didn't hurt them too much, I gave my daughter and son in law a slab to gnaw on today

I'm splittin baby sittin time with Mr Castillo.....and Coke. I've scraped ribs before myself lol

The smell of garlic powder is in the air. It's potpourri, really....

I'll be doing ribs later in the week but just finished grilling up some bbq chicken and it was good .

Yup! Are pops can make the ribs! Can't hardly hold them without the meat falling off! FALL OFF THE BONE kinda ribs!! That and his home made backed beans, and BBQ sauce, made from the drippings off the meat! YYYUUUMMM!

Mallen, we also had the ribs tonight. had both ovens going with 4 racks. I barely fit it all on the grill. Topped off with some Sweet Baby Rays Sweet Vadalia Onion bbq sauce, yumm!

Sounds good!

The results are in! Excellent cooking method for sure!
Seasoned with Garlic Powder, Sea Salt & Black Pepper
Grilled with 3/4 C Cattlemen's Authentic Smokehouse BBQ Sauce/1 T Tabasco Chipotle Pepper Sauce/ 1 t Mustard Powder.
Tasted great! The birds chirped, the women smiled.....good stuff!

We normally use baby back ribs. they're the best IMO. but ya really got to wait till they're on sale.

Yeah baby backs are awesome. these ribs were $1.39. You ever grill up any country style pork strips? Those are awesome as well, and you can get them around a buck a pound pretty often. That's what I use for my shishkabobs
