Thanks stick , we'll be having a birthday party for my son in the morning and doing the whole firework thing later that evening , hopefully i could find some time to fish in all this mess but that's doubtful. Happy 4th all

Reminder do not drink and light fireworks off we don't need to have a ton of spelling errors due to fingers being blown off while intoxicated .

Got an early celebration going on here, two, count em, Two slabs of ribs on the grill, been rubbed down and cookin slow, have hickory on the fire to give it some smoke, then in a hour or two I'm putting some chipolte bar b que sauce on them, let a couple bones char and then eat with tater salad n coleslaw.

Been supervising the cooking with a few bud lites *hic*

What kind of Chipotle BBQ Sauce? Sweet Baby Ray's? I love that stuff! I'm doin ribs Sunday with BigBassin's cooking method combined with my recipe.
Since I need 12 oz of beer for the baking part of it, I'm working through the rest of the 6 pack now

Very nice! Cattlemen's Smokehouse is my favorite but I use Honey Chipotle on EVERY Mallenburger now. Fantastic stuff.
If they weren't quite hot enough, try adding some Tabasco Chipotle Pepper Sauce next time. Tasty!

You inspired me to start early JB. Got the ribeyes on the grill now. 1" thick with my special whishtishire and pepper sauce being mopped on after I soaked them in it of course.
