What do you mean?

Cold water = Lathargic bass, they slow down and dont go after much. In cold water you need a slow presentation and almost have to hit the bass on the head in some cases. Bass will move to any warmer water they can find. Shallow water usually warms up quicker than deep, and many times this is where you will find bass in cold water. Also around structure that will absorb heat.

Warm Water = Active bass. They will chase bait. You can take bass on reaction strikes in warm water and bass will be mixed in shallow and deep water, depends on baitfish and other factors.

Hot water = inactive bass. The bass will feed in early morning and evening/night when you have hot water situations [90 degrees plus] Bass will move to deep in the afternoons or whenever the sun starts beating down. In shallow water lakes you can locate bass under grass mats, lilly pads, or in any shaded areas you can find. You can take fish on a variety of baits in hot water but they will usually turn off as the day wears on and the sun heats water up.
