1989 Mercury XR4 150 2 stroke no spark
I have a 1989 Mercury XR4 150 2 stroke, what its doing is one week it will start okay, let it sit 2 weeks and it will not start, pulling the spark plugs they are wet, using a test spark plug & cranking the motor now it has NO SPARK. I checked the shut off toggle switch, took it out of line, checked the neutral safety switch and its fine, the only thing I can think of that there is yet another safety holding it out. How can I bypass all the safetys and what are they ? Thanks for your help...

Power pack or stator. Just a guess, I went fishing on a thur. boat ran great. 3 days later would not start, no spark, stator shot. Not cheap, $500.00 +/-. Hope that's not your problem.
