longest shanked hook?
been trying to find the hook with the longest shank for my lure. most of the lures wil be 2-4 inches, and so im trying to find a hook with a 3 or 4 inch shank. anybody know some good un's?

Cranky, dont take this the wrong way, but learn how to catch a bass and what makes them attack before making a lure?

Jet a Big 5/0 owner or a jig hook. Something like that.

powerbass, i pretty much know what a bass attacks and why now... not to brag, but im in science seminar, and still keep A+ scores. i think i can get something good done. ive planned the designs pretty carefully, and theyre modelled almost exactly like otehr real lures. fishie ill check that hook

Are you sure you got an A in English? Kidding. You seem to be taking the constructive criticism much to personal. I see a lot of people being nice and giving you some great advice but the tone of your replies seem to be defensive and it gets a little old quick. Just my $0.02.

bass ackwards, i always get defensive about stuff i do... i take pride in my work, and i pretty much go all out on anyone who says its bad... i worked hard to try to start this, and i think i did pretty good... btw language arts is my best subject. and striker, in science i learn about the laws of motion, gravity, volume, bouyancy, vibration, and reflection... i did take a summer course on marinelife tho. and ok, how do all of you feel about aberdeen hooks?
