Default browning midas

I saw the browning midas and I've always known browning for guns, not reels. But I looked at it anyway and its got an extra wide and deep spool,DBS brakes, basically everything my reel (the awesome pro qualifer) has. Is it a good reel????

I picked up the extra wide spool Midas a couple years ago. It's been a good reel for me but I haven't used it as much as other reels that I fish with. I like it. Very solid performance for me.

A friend of mine, who recommended them, had switched out all of his old Curado's for them. He really liked them but they didn't last under the amount of use and abuse he put them through. He fishes a lot of tournaments and prefishes multiple times for each one so he's on the water a lot more than I am.
