That particular color there...smoke red...is killer. Another one is the blue glimmer. I use war eagle spinnerbaits exclusively. One of the finest to come around in years IMHO. I do wish he would make the screamin eagle with colorado blades as well as he does the willow blades. The idea of a 1/2oz bait with a 1/4oz profile is GREAT. Lets you fish deeper or burm em shallow.

Yeah, I'm impressed with them, I don't use spinnerbaits much, but i'll have to get me one of them War Eagles and toss it around some. (with a red trailer hook even)

I love war eagle I have cought more bass over 5lb than I can count. My favorite color for stained water is chart./white with 2 #4 willowleafs on it. Cant be beaten IMO.

JB, Hildebrant does the same thing on there Occechobee special. I like Daves, they don't roll (turn on the side) and are virtuously weedless.
(steel frames vs. flexible frames which expose the hook when hitting an object)

Try throwing one in a tree top lay down. Then you'll see. The titanium wire just won't deflect the wood the way a stainless wire does. It will collapse against the wood, therefore exposing the hook. Had some, gave them away, problem solved.
