Well if you can see them likely they see you, Try fishing the along the bank in the weeds and such with slow plastics. Try senko's floating worms frogs etc. You can even try buzzbaits or hoola poppers. Maybe even swimmin a jig just fish the weeds along the bank dont let the fish see you..

Ditto, CLENSKH pretty much summed it up. You could also try a spinner bait along the outside weed edge in the evening.

Good points from the guys above...

Also try real long casts. the further away you can cast it, the less likely the bass can see you. If the water is real clear, try downsizing your baits a little and use more natural color selections. Also, if possible, fish with the sun to your back. It is harder for the fish to see you that way.

o o o o o I just remembered I fished a pond like that a long time ago when I was little and you know what I killed them on? Panther Martin! Yellow with the red dots. Try one of those out sometime see what happes. You mite wanna change the hook tho the will get streightend out after a few.

It is a small spinner, You can get them at BPS just ask them for a Panther Martin it will be by the rooster tails and trout lures, I cought the Small mouth in my aviator on the same lure. Get the biggest size they have.
