Default Fall Bassin'

Where are most of the bass in the fall time, and what is your favorite lure to use to catch them? What color? Thanks alto for helping me out with this!

In the fall, baitfish are usually the key. The bass will be close to the bait. Find the baitfish, find the bass.

Still a little early here, but in another month I'll start looking in the very backs of the creeks for baitfish and fish my out and deeper until I find them. My best baits in the fall are usually crankbaits in shad colors.

Another fall item. Turnover can be a terribly rough time to find bass. They can be anywhere and the water quality can be quite lousy. Once the lake settles back down after turnover, the fishing can be great.
