ok gang. i gotta ask one more prayer from ya'll. the guy that built my house chris youngblood's wife is in ICU at this time. he is a member on here, i jsut forgot his avatar name cause he is only posted once or twice. i won't go into deatils of her illness cause i really don't know at this time. all i know is that there is some brain damage of sorts. so please, say a prayer for her tonight if oyu will. thanks gang. i know ya'll will come through for her as oyu do for everyone.

Chris is my little buddy! This is truly a tragic situation and we will not discuss the details at this time. She is still in a coma, has pneumonia (just to complicate matters), the Cat Scan indicates some level of brain damage, but the "jury is still out" on that issue. She is still in ICU. Chris and his dad have been bedside since Thursday night. I spoke to him again this morning and aside from being tired, he is holding up pretty well. The Baby is with Chris's sister while all of this is playing out. As we know more and can share more information with you we will. Like John said, Keep Chris Youngblood and his little family in your prayers.

just to give a little more insight as to WHO chris is. he attended the FIRST get together event of this sight. bob smith brought him with him, and the 2 of these guys caught most of the fish for the fish fry. i found out he was a house builder as well, and now oyu know the rest of the story. another brother of mine through BASSFISHIN.COM.

Got an update from Chris this afternoon..

Amanda is coming out of the coma ever so slowly. She is responding to his voice with some recognition. They hope to start pulling her off the Life support systems beginning this afternoon. More to follow, but just wanted you to know that your prayers are working!
