Default Walmart is so smart...

The other day I ran to Walmart when I heard they were having problems with processing welfare cards and they were letting people buy whatever they wanted with no limit on what could be bought (aka STOLEN) as long as you had one of the cards. The parking lot was crammed with people leaving the store with MULTIPLE carts piled high with food. Well I didn't have a welfare card, so I tried talking the cashier into accepting my debit card - I assured her there was no money in the account, which I thought was a similar situation. Walmart didn't "buy it" so I had to pay cash... Can't fool those people at Walmart.

The Walmart people are so dumb sometimes. One time I was looking at one of their 130$ Quantum combos. It is a Walmart exclusive, but on one of them they had put a Tour KVD rod on the reel that comes with the combo. Apparently one of the rods that came with the combo broke so they put that on their guessing it might be the equivalent.

I think that is so fluking funny!!!!
You crack me up.

I hear they're going to make Wally World eat the loss.
They tried to send the bill.
Heard only reason they stopped was the registars ringing so much so fast they had a power failure.

Again Bruce, that story cracks me up more than I can tell you!

Here's another example of their genius: http://www.foxnews.com/us/2013/10/17...saulted-woman/

An employee on his break is sitting in his car outside. He sees a man assaulting a woman and starts trying to defend her. For his gallantry, he's fired.
I just found another article that says they're reconsidering firing him, and are offering him his job back. . Too little too late, I say. They're trying to cover their @ss and save face at this point.

Completely agree.

He should sue their asses.

They'd settle out of court to avoid YET FURTHER embarassment.
Not that Walmart isn't used to that.....

When it comes to Walmart, the phrase "coming out of the wood work" is the first thing that comes to mind. Funny story for sure!
