Ummmmmmmmm steaks. Ribs, good idea for the weekend. I'm a meat cutter and one day we had a bunch of beef ribs going in the garbage can. Nothing wrong with them except a little freezer burn. I brought some home for the dog. Baked them in the oven and just for the heck of it I tried one. Man they were good. Gonna grill some this summer.

Ahh a fellow meat cutter! You know between the two of us, I bet we could take out zook and snag the ribs just as he's taking them off the grill.

Just kidding. Those steaks look good!

If I'm ordering a Steak, medium-rare. If I'm grillin it myself, one notch removed from medium either way works just fine

I'm on bama's side. The perfect steak needs to moo when you stick your fork in it.

Sorry I missed that meal....hahaha.....looks good. I am normally a year round outdoor griller, but the tornado took my last grill and I haven't replaced it yet.....not sure what I want....been lookin at whats available locally(Walmart)and i'm not to overly thrilled with what they carry....they are either overkill for my cooking needs or they are too lightweight and cheapo looking.....plus i'm not 100% sure I'm gonna stay with charcoal, so i've been looking at the gas or combo units, but most of them are more expensive then I care about. Heck, if I don't find something I like pretty soon, i'm just gonna grab a little habatchi for now just so I can get back to grillin some ol dead cow.

Hahahaha zooker. Never had leftovers to have steak and eggs for breakfast myself, hehehe. But you DO deserve it pal.

66kingfisher, if you are looking for a nice gril and considering gas this time, take a good loooong look at the infareds. I am probably gonna get me one of these on my next purchase of a grill. But i am really wanting to build me and outdoor kitchen. Gotta add to the back poarch anyway. Just biding my time till we get some muhla ya know. Spring is on the way, and i love to cook out on the bar-bee-que, lol. I got big plans for the outdoor kitchen. Hot tub comes first says lisa. NO PROBLEM said i, hahahaha.
