Don't waste your time!
If I lose my mind in the future and decide to place then detonate a bomb in a crowd of innocent people, I implore you not to read Miranda to me.
Sincerely Kenneth D. Sale

The ACLU are a bunch butt wipes anyway. Just because he's a citizen doesn't absolve the fact that he IS a terrorist. Terrorists and traitors who use violence against society should (IN MY BIASED HUMBLE OPINION) forfeit all rights and protections afforded by said society in return for their actions. They are not "just" criminals, but more vile and I have no problem should they ship him off to Guantanamo to ask their questions. Maybe the POS will just die and the question will become moot because I really don't care to give him a chance to speak of his reasoning. I (again IMBHO) would have been much happier to see him hitched to the back of the ambulance and dragged to the hospital. Opps, DOA, medical waste is behind the hospital.
I can't apply the presumption of innocence - by any stretch of my over active imagination - to that individual after watching the evidence on TV for the last 4 days, nor I can justify the expense in keeping him alive to stick a needle in his arm later to kill him humanely. They just should have waited another hour for him to bleed out in that boat and saved a lot of money that he is definitely not worth. I mean really, how much beneficial information and insight have we gained by keeping Charlie Manson alive all these years? Mad Dogs deserve to be put down, not penned up. |

seeing that he is a citizen...he should be held for TREASON as well as terrorist acts. give him a swift and speedy fair trial...then hang him in the public square and have it televised across the WORLD. let people SEE what happens to them if they do this. i swear, if they were to have PUBLIC hangings and televise it, crime would drop 50% within a week. murder, rape and so on too.

Sorry I say they still should have carried him out of that boat in a body bag. Then we wouldn't have to worry about if he was read the (notice I didn't say his, because I dont think he deserves any rights at all) Miranda rights.

The law of the land should be "Terrorism or Treason" = Death. It seems like the talking heads are all saying how good of a person he is. Maybe he was led to this by his brother. B.S. His actions should predict his outcome. Death.
