I didn't undercoat it, perhaps a bone basecoat underneath would draw some of that yeller in, I think a bright white would make it pop more

Thanks! think i'm gonna drop some clear on these tonight, at least the first coat of it. Been fishing in the rain all day, and now that i'm home and dry, I don't want to go back out...I might get wet
Couple more, and i'll have my goals finished, with the fish i wanted to learn, then time to tackle stuff like Walleye and Rainbow Trout or something |

I don't really want to sell them crab, they're the blanks that Jann's sells, the LC knockoffs. They don't all run correcly, and are a big pain to tune, but they're great to practice painting on while I'm working on my own baits. Hate to have my name attached to a crap bait!

I'm working on my own baits, have my first test piece now, so it shouldn't be long I can put paint on something I trust
If you have to have it, make an order from my site, and I'll throw it in for free |
