Thumbs up I finally got a boat!!!!

I bought a 2001 Tracker Pro Guide V-16 SC and am picking it up this Saturday. It has a 40HP Mercury and a 43lb thrust trolling motor, fish finder and alot of extras.
I am STOKED!!!!!
The only problems with the boat and trailer are a cracked windshield, where besides Bass Pro can I get a windshield, they want $130 for a replacement. I also need to replace the left tail light lens on the trialer, where can I get a replacement lens?
The wife wants me to put a bimini top on it so she doesn't bake when we go fishing.

The taillight should be available at any marine dealer. I don't see any indication of where you are from, but try to find a local Tracker dealer (OTHER than BPS) and see if they can make a better deal on the wind screen.

Congrats on the new boat! Looks like a great way to spend Father's Day!

Thanks for the reply.
I updated my location in my profile.
I can't wait to get out on the water with this boat.
I owned a Smokercraft with a 9.9hp about 12 yrs ago but a divorce took care of that.

Why do women allways end up with the boat? I think it should be mandatory that a woman get their boobs done before a man buys a boat. That way in the divorce when she asks for the boat under the pretences she helped pay for it, we can turn right around and ask for the tits.

be vindictive. In a divorce they suddenly want all the things you hold dearest; dogs, boats, motorcycles, season tickets, whatever you enjoyed doing in your spare time.

well country is about broken up girlfriends and divorces..and in the words of rascall flats..
Quote:
I was sitting on a bar stool
In a barbecue joint in Tennessee
When this old boy walked in
And he sat right down next to me
I could tell he'd been through some hard times
There were tearstains on his old shirt
And he said you wanna know what you get
When you play a country song backwards

You get your house back
You get your dog back
You get your best friend Jack back
You get your truck back
You get your hair back
You get your first and second wives back
Your front porch swing
Your pretty little thing
Your bling bling bling and a diamond ring
Your get your farm with a barn and a boat and the harley
First nite in jail with Charlie
Sounds a little crazy, a little scattered and absurd
That's what you get when you play a country song backwards

Well I never heard it said quite like that
It hit me in the face cause that's where Im at
I almost fell flat out on the floor
He said wait a minute that's not all theres even more

You get your mind back
And your nerves back
Your first heart attack back
You get your pride back
You get your life back
You get your first real love back
You get your big screen tv, dvd and a washing machine
You get the pond and the lawn and the bail and the mower
You go back where you don't know her
It sounds a little crazy a little scattered and absurd
But that's what you get
When you play a country song backwards
Oh play that song
Woo!!!

We sat there and shot the bull
about how it would be
if we could turn it all around
and change this C-R-A-P

You get your house back
You get your dog back
You get your best friend Jack back
You get your truck back
You get your hair back
You get your first and second wives back
Your front porch swing
Your pretty little thing
Your bling bling bling and a diamond ring
Your get your farm with a barn and a boat and the harley
First nite in jail with Charlie
You get your mind back
And your nerves back
Your first heart attack back
You get your pride back
You get your life back
You get your first real love back

check out Boat U.S. Angler. I'm happy with them and they are geared towards fishermen.
