Default touchdown worms

i need help. i bought these nice little worms from touchdown products but i don't have any idea how to tie the two pieces of line together will someone help me out on what knot to use

include a pic because i don't know any knots names

what exactly do you mean by two pieces of line you need to tie? is there a line coming from the hook ?

ya tie the mono leader to a swivel that comes with it and then to your line from your fishing pole
