I did that once, climbed the tree, because I was severely snagged, and found like 10 flies, and 3 crankbaits!

trap i know a place where u cant help but to catch tree bass 10 times that size might break a couple rods fishin their as my friend did but you got an awesome chance of catchin a large bass if you have the patience and stamina (and dont mind having to get out of a kayak to lift push and what ever else you have to get past all the hazards) might get a cast every 50 feet but totally worth it =P

My friend was practicing casting in his yard, got snagged and tried to throw his rod over the tree. Got stuck in there, so he had a fishin' pole in his front yard tree for a couple of days lol.

Here is the best advice I can offer on tree bass. When you yank really hard with braided line to get your bait back, be sure to turn your head the other way, or hope you have quick reflexes. Getting a hook in your face/eye/ear/neck, or anywhere else really sucks.

Luckily I threw my arm up in time to "only" take it in the forearm. I can't imagine getting stuck anywhere else.

hawgin i had a float worm rig stuck in a tree once pulled (mono line) as hard as i could when it finally gave way and i did the same thing as you and got hit in the same place all it was was the swivel but even that it went completly under my skin flush was like a slingshot effect with the monos stretch i guess lurned real quick ide rather cut the line if its something as inexpensive as that =/

My friend has a nose piercing compliments of his dad spinnerbait! He got him right through the left nostril!

I managed to get one of the large storm swim baits stuck in my head. the lead hitting me in the back of the head hurt more than the actual hook. felt like somebody hit me with a baseball bat. the x rays look awsome, looks like a fish inside my head, lol.
