Default The art of Flippin'

ive seen people do it on tv, and it looks like it produces. some one explain how , when, and where to flip. and equipment

im not an expert at it, but i do know that its only for casting close. all u have to do is get ready like u are about to pitch the lure but grab the line from the top of the reel sort of like fly fishing however much u need to get it to that "sweet spot" then pitch it and let go of the line and thats it.....ok not the greatest explaination i prolly confused you guys im sure someone else will post a better guide to it then me

There is a dvd from bass pro shops called "Pitchin' to the heavy hitters." I think that is what it is called. Kevin Van Dam is on it and it is a great instructional video. I think it is 14 or 15 dollars. I really helped me. Good luck!

You can practice flipping in your yard but the neighbors will think you have totally lost it. I usually practice on the shrubs next to my garage. It is shaded and provides great cover.
