Default A bass fishing scenario, what would you do in these conditions ?

You pull up to the lake at dawn in late November, nothing but white caps, clear skys, 15-25 mile an hour winds that last all day, water temp around 55. The lake is long and oval shaped with only one real long cove, a few little ones here and there. The wind is blowing the length of the lake, the lake has both largemouth and Smallmouth, what would you do to fish these conditions?
