And found one willing to meet me...

Are they the white dots on the right? I admit it, I am addicted to looking at these SI pictures.

Nope they are on the left side of the image above...Keep looking! I'll give some time for others to find...I can tell you the more you look at images like these the easier it makes finding them on the water. I focus on looking for fish in the images versus looking at the pretty structure.

I believe I see 3 clustered together in the middle of the left side, If there are more I cant spot them right now. It's almost like one of those brain teaser puzzles, that you stare at then a picture appears.

You found them Doc! It's not a brain teaser but you have to know what your looking for and when you find it...it can be rewarding!

I probably wouldn't have spotted them on my own in a million years. Now after reading Doc's post and then finding them, they look so obvious every time I just go back and glance at the image again. COOL!

That's one of the reasons I'm trying to post images. It's not hard to find the fish when you focus on them and how they are displayed but most would look at the overall image and miss what I feel is the most important part of the data.

I had not been on this lake in three months and in less than an hour of scanning knew where and how I want to try and catch them.

Bama, maybe at next year's event, I can record some of my screenshots, and we can sit around til the wee hours of dawn analyzing them.

Doug,

Thanks for posting the images. It has helped me so much with my new humminbird. If I can figure out why I get such strange readings at shallow depths, I would feel a lot better. I am sure it is a set up problem but I just haven't figured it out, yet.

Send me some screen captures to my email: imonem@ctcis.net
I'll review and make some suggestions.

That's a sweet looking rock pile. You've probably dragged a crankbait or jig through there a few times!!!!

Does the grass meet the rock pile under the boat path???? Cuz if it does.....Oh Baby!

3d.man I just looked at that. Think about the spring time. The rocks as a bedding spot right next to the TREES and CREEK BED. Talk about bass heaven!! Then there is the grass bed right next to all of it.
