He looks more like the kinda guy that would use some Charlie's cheese bait or shad sides over a swimbait. But well done never the less.

Like ole Simply Red said I'm holding back the tears upon realizing that in your haste to post a post..post haste, you've jumped threads from the 16lb arkansas bass to the crappie thread without realizing you'd stepped in the wrong room.....unless you're seeing a picture of Catfish Charlie Cheese that I'm not?

I saw that pic on another board with a different weight and different lake. Pretty sure it's a huge rumor/hoax.

The pic is still of a huge crappie.

Is that a picture of A big crappie or THE big crappie?

A forumm on crappie.com had that picture as THE WR crappie. But it's a hoax, I've talked with employees of the corps of engineers that work at the lake and they didn't know anything about it. The manager said he was going to check on it and never heard anything back from him.

Funny thing happened to me steelhead fishing a few months ago.

I foul hooked a steely, I landed it and noticed it was hooked in the tail. But the crazy thing was that my hook got caught on another spinner that was hooked onto the fishs tail.

So pretty much I foul hooked the tail of a spinner that was foul hooked in the fishes tail.

Geez I hope that made sense, Im horrible at explaining stuff

Well that's the pic that I got texted to me and while that is a nice crappie it's a hoax... Like I said earlier, I was told this crappie was caught on Ky Lake.
Don't know where it originated from but it sure spread quick lol

On the contrary that was a perfectly crafted and well written explanation. Plus it makes me smile to picture it in my mind.

I stand corrected, your mastery of the urban language is obviously superior to my own.
