Got some bad news, guys....

Sorry I haven't been around lately-been kind of crazy around here.

He may not appreciate this, but too bad.

Our buddy Lancer6, aka Flyrod, has been diagnosed with liver cancer. He is currently in the VA hospital in San Antonio. He had an intestinal blockage that they had to surgically remove and found it on a CT scan. So far they are not sure of the treatment regimen but I'll keep you posted as I find out. Thoughts and prayers will be appreciated.

Like Brushhog, I liked reading Lancer's posts when I first joined up...never a dull moment. His condition is definitely not due to biting his tongue. My prayers sent his way.

RB, let him know a Texas Brother in Georgia has prayers going for him. In 1995, they got 3' of my colon, fortunately didn't need any chemo or radiation. Still clear after another check last year. We're pulling for him!

He was released from the hospital on Friday but it looks like he will have more surgery around the 18th. He is in good spirits and REALLY wants to go fishin'.
